Job Description

We are looking for a creative, organized and energetic person to be an addition and manage the success and growth to our business.

Languages : English
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training .

Experience: at least 1 year - secretary experience, at least 2 years experience working in customer service

Work Setting: Private sector.

Must be we well presented and punctual.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills - ability to speak in a clear and concise manner.

Duties included: Multi-tasking between answering multiple phone lines and scheduling/ confirming showings.

  • Loading and editing listings on the Toronto Real Estate Board.
  • Clerical duties: Printing, scanning, faxing, filling and sorting.

Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Experience preferred, but not mandatory. Full training will be provided.
